TERACAI™ recognized for Cisco Channel Customer Satisfaction Excellence SYRACUSE, N.Y. - TERACAI™, a Cisco Silver Partner that helps customers build, manage and optimize core networking, communication, and data center solutions, is being recognized by Cisco Systems for Cisco Channel Customer Satisfaction Excellence. Customer Satisfaction Excellence is the highest distinction a Cisco partner can achieve. Each quarter, Cisco acknowledges Certified Partners that have the highest customer satisfaction results within each geographic region, which are captured in the Cisco Partner Access Online tool. To earn recognition for Customer Satisfaction Excellence, TERACAI received the required number of survey responses, and met or exceeded the Cisco Customer Satisfaction Excellence target for the region. TERACAI has received recognition for Customer Satisfaction Excellence every quarter since the company's existence.
