TERACAI History
We've enjoyed a strong working relationship with Cisco for over ten years.
From the beginning, we've been committed to offering our customers that lofty level of Cisco quality. TERACAI is a Cisco Silver Partner that provides a high level of support and in-depth understanding because TERACAI is literally the embodiment of our dedication to providing Cisco quality with the expertise and individual attention every customer deserves.
TERACAI recently split from the company CXtec. Before the split, the unit now known as TERACAI acted as a separate Cisco Division within CXtec. The decision to grow that division into the autonomous company TERACAI came from our desire to have an entire company dedicated solely to providing Cisco technology. We formed TERACAI so that we could use the depth of expertise and knowledge we've gained about Cisco offerings to the highest advantage for our customers.
