TERACAI® Honored as an Economic Champion of Central New York TERACAI®, a Cisco Silver Partner that provides leading-edge Cisco networking technology and RecertPlus authorized refurbished solutions, was recently recognized as an "Economic Champion of Central New York" by the Greater Syracuse Chamber of Commerce. Companies are eligible to become Economic Champions if they have added employees, expanded space due to growth, made capital expenditures or received state or national recognition. As evidence of its commitment to customers, TERACAI achieved Cisco’s elite designation for Customer Satisfaction Excellence every quarter this past year. In addition, TERACAI expanded its workspace to accommodate growth and add several new employee positions.
