Joseph Pierce, VP of Citizens Bank- Corporate Payments

Joe Pierce, Vice President Treasury Sales, focuses on Commercial Card for the Business Banking group.  Joe joined Citizens Bank in October 2016 coming from middle market at American Express where he served as Regional Business Development manager. As a partner for the Business Banking Group, he provides consultative support in PA, OH, MI, NY, NJ and DE in all areas of Commercial Card. With over 30 years banking experience, Joe has worked with companies from 1 million to 1 billion in revenue helping them do more with less, stay in compliance, attract and retain top talent and impacting the bottom line. With years of experience in commercial card and expense management automation, Joe assists companies control T&E spend, extend cash flow and mitigate internal and external fraud by utilizing Citizens Commercial Card products. Joe is based out of Pittsburgh Pa. 

John Cruise, VP of Citizens Bank- Senior Fraud Investigator

John Cruise joined Citizens Bank NA in August of 2001. As a Senior Investigator John oversees the E-Crime and Cyber Crimes cases for Citizens Bank NA and manages a team of investigators in the North East. John serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to the bank on matters of Business Email Compromise (BEC), ATM Skimming and ATM Breaches among other case types. John also manages a fully operational E- Discovery & Computer Forensics lab. One of John’s primary roles is to provide assistance to and collaborate with local, state and federal law enforcement agencies and the respective Financial and Cyber Crime task force / agencies in the north east.  Prior to joining the financial sector, John served ten years active duty with a specialty in Security Force Protection. John was primarily based in Fairbanks, Alaska and Grand Forks, North Dakota while completing several overseas deployments’ in support of Operation Desert Storm. 

Vicki Valenti, VP of Citizens Bank - Treasury Solutions

Vicki Valenti is a vice president of Treasury Sales at Citizens Bank. She has been with Citizens Bank for 14 years. All total, she has 20+ years of banking experience. She provides information regarding depository services such online banking, lockbox, remote deposit and fraud prevention to businesses.  Over the span of her career, she has worked with small and large businesses, municipalities and government entities, not-for-profits, health care, educational and commercial real estate companies. Technology is constantly changing in banking as it is in other industries. Vicki’s goal is to keep her customers up-to-date on new ways to create efficiencies and provide security. She is also a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP). Vicki likes to consider herself as an extension of her customers’ businesses. If they succeed, she succeeds.





Jeff Miller, Channel Manger

Jeff Miller is a unique blend of engineer, teacher, and evangelist of all things cybersecurity. His roots in cybersecurity stem from his engineering degree and tenure at the nation's second largest law firm, where he regularly defended against ransomware, the hacktivist group Anonymous, distributed denial of service attacks, and various other threats.

Jeff spends much of his time educating organizations on how to adhere to both security regulations and best practices around cybersecurity. Jeff lives, breathes, and bleeds cybersecurity. It’s not just what he does; it’s who he is.

Timothy J. Lambrecht, Esq., Lawyer

Timothy J. Lambrecht, Esq. is a member of The Wladis Law Firm, PLLC in Syracuse, New York.  He has been a civil litigator for over 20 years.  He represents businesses, individuals and government clients in state and federal court in commercial business disputes, employment matters, civil rights and constitutional law matters and has extensive experience in the field ofenvironmental and land use law. 

As a testimony to his work ethic, Mr. Lambrecht has been selected by his legal peers from 2014 to 2018 as a Super Lawyer, Upstate New York Edition.  Before entering private practice, he served as the confidential law clerk to two federal court judges.





Sean Miller, Technical Solutions Specialist - Security

Sean Miller is a Systems Engineer for the US Partner Organization at Cisco Systems Inc. He is responsible for partner growth, strategic planning and relationship orchestration, while managing technical training & development, sales enablement, practice building and marketing.

Prior to joining Cisco, Sean held multiple senior level technology roles.  Most recently managing the Principal Solution Consulting teams for a large telecom provide, focusing on cloud computing, virtualization and datacenter technologies.
