Cisco Spark is constantly evolving the features and applications it offers it’s users - the most recent being, Cisco Spark Care. Currently, Spark Care (K1 License) is an add on to the existing service. Spark Care is an easy to use web link that allows customers to contact businesses through their website, whether that be via message or their call back feature.
With all the recent media attention surrounding the cyber attacks of WannaCry and Petya, I can’t help but think about the various ways these attacks negatively affect businesses. It’s an important reminder that we need to not only protect ourselves from these attacks, but to also have a strong backup and recovery system in place as well.
I have been working in the computer technology industry for more than 15 years, often being described as a geek or a dreamer with my head in the clouds. However, I wear this title as a badge of honor because working in this field excites me. I, as well as so many other Gen Y babies, grew up seeing a great deal of rapid changes in technology firsthand. This prepared us to be comfortable with fast changes in technology. As I get older, I believe there are going to be even faster approaching technological advances with much more emphasis on the cloud.

TERACAI partnered with Ingram Micro to showcase the latest and greatest equipment Cisco has to offer. First, we showed off the Spark board and next the new Cisco Spark room kit. Ingram Micro proved to be the perfect collaboration (pun intended) with TERACAI as they have a great setup to showcase what a board room looks like and the ability to have multiple rooms with TV setups.
